Plateaus


To me plateau means staying at one weight for a week or month or more. I have been working on getting this ten pounds off for two months . It is really hard to stick with it when one day you lose one pound and the next day you gain a couple of pounds and you haven’t changed the way you are eating. My biggest problem is that I retain a lot of fluids and it shows up on the scales. I have finally started losing weight again but slowly. I have four more pounds and I will be down to 210 lbs. hip hip hurray. My support group (which seams to be the whole healthplex and my husband) won’t let me get discouraged. They are a lot of help. I have changed my exercise program thanks to the personal trainer. She gave me more core exercises and increased my cardio exercises.
